- Acceptance of Terms
By placing an order with Seoulalign, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. - Verification of Order Quantity
You must verify the product quantity within 48 hours after receiving your order. Any claims regarding insufficient product quantity after this period will not be accepted. - Delivery Terms
All orders must be collected or delivery arranged within 30 days from the pickup date. We reserve the right to return or discard any overdue products without notice. Refunds will not be provided for any products that are returned or discarded due to non-payment. - Delivery Service
We offer free delivery service and SF Express cash-on-delivery. Please note that delivery times vary by region and cannot be specified. - Delivery Options and Restrictions
Free delivery is available on Wednesdays during working days and is limited to the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Each order includes one free delivery and one delivery location. Delivery addresses must allow parking for the delivery vehicle. - Additional Handling Fees
Additional handling fees apply for deliveries without elevators or requiring stair access. Please note that these fees are in addition to any delivery charges. - Delivery Notifications
In the event that no one is available to receive the delivery on the scheduled day, we will default to using SF Express cash-on-delivery - Delivery Disruptions
In case of typhoon signal no. 8 or above, black rainstorm warning, adverse weather, severe flooding, road blockade, or closure, delivery may be delayed or cancelled. We will reschedule delivery within seven working days. - Changes or Cancellations
Any changes or cancellations must be notified to us by noon one working day before the delivery date. Late requests will not be accepted. - Returns and Defects
If any printing quality issues or defects are discovered upon unpacking, you can return the product within 7 days of receiving the package. Please contact us via WhatsApp at +852 6758 5551 or email at enquiry@seoulalign.com to initiate the return process. To ensure a smooth return process, please include the following:
- The product(s) in their original condition and packaging (if applicable)
- A clear description of the issue and any supporting documentation (e.g., photos or videos)
- Your order number and delivery details
Upon receiving the returned product and verification of the claim, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost. You will be notified when the new product is shipped. It will be delivered to you within 3 working days from the date of verification.
Please note that returns are only accepted for printing defects or quality issues. For other issues or questions, please refer to the relevant sections of our Terms and Conditions. - Dental Services
Our company provides printing services related to dental matters. All services related to orthodontics are supported by registered dentists. For issues unrelated to print quality, please seek assistance from a dentist. - Patient Data
Dentists using our printing services for modelling should provide patient information (age, gender, etc.) and digital data required for orthodontic product creation (facial photos, X-rays, teeth scan data, etc.). We will securely protect and maintain the confidentiality of this information. - Confidentiality
We will not use patient data for purposes other than product and service improvement or academic research. Academic research may include clinical trials, product development, or other approved studies. - Payment Terms
Monthly settlement applies. Payment must be made according to invoice details. - Dispute Resolution
In case of disputes, Seoulalign reserves the final decision-making authority.
