Initial Scanning and Requirements
The orthodontist provides the 3D scan files of the patient’s teeth along with the orthodontic requirements through our order link.

Designing the Treatment Plan
Our engineers use dental modeling software based on the orthodontist’s requirements to design the treatment plan.

Confirmation by the Orthodonist
Once the treatment plan is ready, sequence animation will be sent to the orthodontist for confirmation.

3D Printing the Invisible Aligners
Our lab technicians will process the production of aligner sequences.

Post-Processing and Packaging
The aligners / retainers undergo all necessary sterilization & packing steps. We provide door-to-door delivery.
